Consider this as the start of a long term love relationship with cold, as once you start, you will quickly realize what you have been missing your whole life.

Contrast therapy, also known as hot-cold therapy, has been cherished for centuries for its profound effects on the body and mind. This therapeutic technique stimulates circulation, accelerates the body's natural detoxification process, stimulates the autonomic nervous system, and enhances overall well-being. Our Fire & Ice Room is meticulously designed to offer you incredible advantages and leave you feeling your absolute best!

Short term

Contact with the cold water releases norepinephrine, which promotes the blood vessels to constrict.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You’ll have 45 total minutes inside the Fire & Ice Room (prep & shower time included)

  1. Start with the gentle warmth of the infrared sauna (25 Min)

  2. Quick Shower w/ Body Wash to remove sweat (3 Min)

  3. Ring the Call Button for om.life Team Member to facilitate your Plunge (1 Min)

  4. Enter Cold Plunge after om.life Team Member arrives as they will guide you through the experience, help to coach you through the breathing and offer emotional support (Up to 6 Min)

  5. Rinse off (optional) and exit room (10 Min)
