CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST 
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage daily spa operations to ensure that om.life is delivering the best experience possible to every client
* Check in and check out clients, give new client orientations and answer questions
* Effectively manage our internal systems (scheduling, ordering, inventory, database maintenance)
* Maintain a safe and beautiful space by cleaning in between sessions and manage the treatment rooms
* Administer Whole Body Cryotherapy treatments (after you have completed the required training)
* Manage water chemistry control of floatation rooms (after you have completed the required training)
* Educate clients on Kangen Water Technology
* Assist with social media and online reviews
* Manage FloatHelm and WaiverForever while thinking of new ways to improve current systems
QUALIFICATIONS
* Passion for om.life
* Previous sales and customer service experience
* Ability to work in a start-up environment with diverse personalities
* Positive, calm, friendly, and “can-do” attitude
* Must be able to walk up and down stairs frequently and lift 50 lbs
* Knowledge of holistic health, green living, and spiritual wellness is a bonus
SCHEDULE
* 15-30 hours per week
* You must be available and willing to work until 10:30 PM at night
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
* Hourly rate starts at $12 an hour with pay raises based on performance
* As our company grows, full time positions will become available
* We give all of our employees access to our facilities
 
JOB APPLICATION 
We are seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our wellness spa. Since we are a small team, we require that everyone be cross-trained and willing to step in and assist one another. The services that you will be managing (at different times) are Floatation Therapy, Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, NormaTec Recovery, and the Kangen water technology. We are looking for someone that is thoughtful, passionate about holistic health, and has a basic understanding of the treatments we offer. The Client Service Specialist position will be based in Jersey City and will work under the Founder, Anand Sukhadia, and support the team in daily operations. All team members are required to go through our training program.
